The Conference was held on April 23-25, 2025 at the premises of the Department of Urban Construction and Economy of the National University of Water Management and Natural Resources.

The main goal and mission of the scientific and technical conference was to exchange experience, discuss and analyze the scientific issues related to urban development and reconstruction.

Project Manager and Technical Director Dmytro Marchenko presented a report titled: “Calculation of buildings and structures for blast wave impact in software package LIRA, Version 10.14” during the session “Reconstruction of Construction Facilities”.

We thank the conference organizers for their cooperation, the relevance of the presented reports, and the opportunity for joint discussion.
